The owner, Joe, came to the consult, assessed the situation and gave us a few options. He explained how each one would fix the underlying issue and what it would do aesthetically.

Just built a brand new house but sadly the tile installation was horrible to say the least. Uneven, grout with 7 different shades, silicone where it didn't belong. Joe came out and said he could make it look brand new. I was apprehensive but Joe was convincing. Well, low and behold, his tech redid both bathrooms and showers and the results are truly amazing! Give him a chance, you'll be glad you did!

Sir Grout was excellent. They came to do the estimate, scheduled 3–4 weeks out, redid our tile shower and seat, and the area looks like new! I cannot wait to start using it. There's a three-day wait to use it, but I'm very happy with the end result.

I can't wait to try the non-slip floor, either! If you are tired of cleaning your shower and see that it still never looks clean, with mildew on the grout and seals, then call Joe. I'm very happy with the service.

Joe came by and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. Jeremy did the shower and tub area, and he was outstanding. The work was excellent and he was friendly and very accommodating. He was here for two days and cleaned up daily. Joe also came back for a follow-up to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Joseph was outstanding in resurfacing our soapstone countertops to look like new, and provided guidance on how to keep them that way. He is efficient and a very pleasant fellow. The expense was worth the price.
