Franchise owner Joe Freeman responded to our first call with an appointment within two days. The ensuite shower was in desperate need of recaulking and new grout. He came out to explain the process and take measurements. Because of its size, the job would require two work days, which could begin the following week.

Sir Grout did a great job on our two bathrooms; each had yellowing and/or crumbling grout and loose tiles. The result of their work was like having two brand-new bathrooms with clean, restored grout and tile surfaces, as well as solid repairs to two loose tiles. Highly recommended.

He was extremely courteous and professional. The work done made the shower stall look brand new. I was most impressed when he took off his shoes to go upstairs.
