Sir Grout just completed tile grout cleaning and sealing on 3 bathrooms, the utility room, and our terrazzo kitchen floor, as well as grout replacement of shower tile in a bath. WOW! They were timely and courteous (total of 3 guys over 2 days). The work was amazing, and I wish I'd taken more before and after photos. Derek provided excellent customer service, starting with our consultation appointment. He was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. He made terrific recommendations regarding grout colors and quickly sent the written quote as discussed. We felt very comfortable having Derek in our home.
