Franchise owner Joe Freeman responded to our first call with an appointment within two days. The ensuite shower was in desperate need of recaulking and new grout. He came out to explain the process and take measurements. Because of its size, the job would require two work days, which could begin the following week.
Their technician, Jeremy, was a pleasure to work with, explaining each step carefully and thoroughly. The shower now looks better than new; we couldn't be happier with Sir Grout's results.

Grout in the master bathroom and seal the granite in the kitchen. The team from Sir Grout did wonderful work. Brandon and Derek were excellent. They completed both jobs efficiently and left no mess. Sir Grout is a Life Saver! We live in a 17-year-old condo in downtown Wilmington. The original bathroom floor tiles and tile shower were showing their age. The shower floor tiles were missing grout and the original grout was discolored in the shower and on the floors. One company told us they could not repair the grout, and we would need to reinstall all new tile.
Derek and Jeremy from Sir Grout came in Monday morning and, by midafternoon, the floors were cleaned and grout sealed (with choice of colors), and the shower floor was regrouted and sealed. These guys came in, moved and cleared furniture and, repaired and cleaned up. They left no mess and were respectful of our home and property.
